(New York Post) Toy stores across New York are selling out their shipments of Joker action figures. Collectors eager to buy memorabilia of Heath Ledger's final and most sensational film role are scooping them up for US$9.99 and E-baying them for up to US$55. Some stores reported not receiving their shipments and others did have some left but overall, the Movie Masters version of the Joker has become hard to get.

Naturally, the more people who bought it, the less collectable it'll be in the future. But don't tell E-bay toy scalpers that.
