Both of these men are very well trained and I think that after a long and heated battle Batman would win.

It'd be a rough fight, DD's got a lot of heart and is a tough cookie, but I'd give it to Bats. He keeps detailed files on EVERYONE (even his "friends") and would certainly have done his homework on DD to exploit any weaknesses he might have.

^Pretty much. I remember reading a Wizard "Last Man Standing" match between these two. Batman won, had some good reasons to why he would win.

Both are fearless men, well trained, has many similar gadgets (including suits). I would say Batman is the more clever one of them, and that's why he will win.

It would definently be a good fight. Daredevil could see Batmans every move. But the bats would get hip to his sensitive ears and hit him with an ultrasonic shock soundwave or something like that. Daredevil is one tough cookie though. I sure he would hit bats a couple times pretty good.

Batman would definitely kick the DareDevil's ass! Because, the Batman is very sneaky and very well-equipped with all the gadgets he has!
